Horse Day Camp
Children, as young as four, learn how to groom, the basics of horse care, barn safety, and basic riding instructions – to include but not limited to saddling horses, holding the reins, how to walk and trot, and ride a small obstacle course. Every student will work with a horse they individually get assigned. Students also get to decorate their horses with finger paint and bath after, weather permitting. Children will also conduct arts and crafts, such as making a dream catcher out of horseshoes.
Long pants and sturdy boots are required. Bring a water bottle and snack. We will provide all the necessary equipment and safety gear.
Due to COVID-19, day camps are limited to family units of up to 6.
$50 per person for 4 hours. (Camps with less than five children will be canceled.)
